1. FFC connector is flexible flat cable connector.

2. It is a new type of data cable made of pet insulating material and very thin tinned flat copper wire, which is pressed by high-tech automation equipment production line.

3. It has the advantages of softness, arbitrary bending and folding, thin thickness, small volume, simple connection, convenient disassembly, easy to solve electromagnetic shielding (EMI).

4. FPC connector is a flexible printed circuit board. Generally speaking, it is a PCB connector made of flexible materials (folding and bending materials) for the connection between LCD display and drive circuit (PCB).

Main differences between FFC connector and FPC
In terms of their manufacturing, the way their circuits are formed is different:
1. FPC is a kind of flexible circuit board with different single side, double side and multilayer structure, which is processed by FCCL (flexible copper-clad foil) by chemical etching.
2. FFC is to use two layers of insulating foil film sandwiched with flat copper foil. The finished product is simple and thick.
